Hi guys just a quick update .... went to play there yesterday on a weekend ... for rm 35 play as much as u can ... as u know it is a walking course.... the course is quite flat but the greens are really quick... my only complain since it was raining on saturday early morning .... some parts of the fairway was still soggy even at 4 pm.

the club has a swimming pool and shower room with hot water. please bring your own towels and soaps.

Word of advise:
1. bring lots of water as the club only sells small bottle of mineral water, coke or 100plus. u will need lots of liquid since it is very hot.

2. brings lots of ball if you are a beginner

Conclusion
1. the course is great for beginners because there is no crowd and very flat
2. Would advise either to play late in the evening or early in the morning.
3. its a 18 hole course. the 1st nine is ok but i have not played on the 2nd nine because its too quiet and too far out. i have been told the 2 nd nine is in bad condition.
4. i would like to play nine holes only on weekday in the evening because after playing would like to try the seafood restaurant along the way to the club. heard it is dirt cheap.
5. maxis line very bad
6. on weekend call before 1st. just in case to see if they are open

Directions
From kesas, follow the road to banting passing thru panglima garang. straight until u reach a mini round about and head 12 o clock. go straight until u see the sign heritage island/ pulau carey. turn left and go straight until u reach a guard house on the left with the sign board ... sime darby plantation academy. from there just follow the tar road to the club 12 km.

Person in charge basir: 0192537451

happy golfing

very far away actually from KL...

owh, it is a 18-hole course. thought its only 9-hole.

but, so sad to heard that 2nd-nine is in the bad condition & very quiet.

fareed,
do u have any map about this course?
how's the hazard? got lot of lake/pond/bunker/etc? OB?
what about the crowd on weekend?

Syah,

If we were to the old way from Klang, it is about 1/3 way to Morib.
If from Sepang side, add about 1/2 hour approximately.

Ya thinking about a trip? Wink

TW, actually i knew this place very well, golf course inside the plantation.
but never play there...
i used to jalan-jalan all along the way to the isolated beach by end of this Carey Island road...

so TW, have any intention to plan a trip here? Rolling Eyes

they do not have even a single scorecard?

so what kind of "photocopy paper"?
do they stated in there the hole no, no of par, slope rating, metres/yards, index no and all sort of things?

hi all,

been there and play at last sunday.
consider good condition already for this round. the last round i been there even the 1st 9 are in bad condition due to rainning and basri told me its hard for them to maintain the course when its rainning. bout the score card, they really use photocopy paper, 1/4 a4 paper size, with hole no(but the hole no also wrong, hole one in the score card is not what we support to t-off hole 1), distance, index and empty boxes for score.

quite flat and enjoying course coz not much ppl playing and no rushing. no time limitation. nice and cheap place to relax. yes.. bring lots of water better.

weekdays rm 20, trolley rm 5. weekend and sunday rm 30 trolley rm 5.

wanna t-off can pm me or call me ... syah... mahu main again ? hahaha
