Guys,

Need ur expert opinion. How big is the different between these two say for regular flex driver. At the moment most of my clubs are US spec (3balls dude! Embarassed ). I'm thinking to upgrade my R11 driver (US) to R1 (from MST). Both are regular flex but I noticed the R1 wobble more than the R11. And I lose lil bit of consistency. Should I go for stiff flex R1 instead.

US regular = Asian Stiff flex ??

Appreciate comment and feedback.

p/s Testing market. Anyone looking for Ping stuff. Thinking to let go my G10 irons and G15 4 woods. PM if interested. Sorry admin, hacking my own thread. Cool

you need to know the shaft specification in detail, not just base on the label of regular or stiff.

it is not necessary US Regular = Asian Stiff

for your easy comparison, understand the model of shaft that offering in both US and Asian model, also the weight and torgue.

the lower the torgue, the stiffer it is.

I heard that MST KLGCC allow customers to hit the clubs before buying them. Why not giving them a visit and whack both regular and stiff or even stiff regular before you part with your hard earned money.

pretty much Asian spec has a lighter shaft as compare to US heavier shaft. all this is based on the assumption that you have the exact same shaft in comparison and we eliminate the manufacturing variation

but if different shaft compared then you need to see specification and test drive on the range. every different brand shaft will have different kick point and torque.

what are you looking for? distance? or dispersion control?
