Carey island...my first 18holes par72 course...long long long way to pass thru the palm garden...!!!
Last time was charge Rm30+Rm5 trolley(weekend), now is Rm50 with trolley.
Weekday was Rm20+Rm5 trolley, now is Rm30 with trolley.
I like the environment, like old style England view...!!

Carey island is where my golfing journey begin about a year ago. The first golf course that i have ever been to and still go there quite often. Good for training because of less traffic and fairways are well maintained although cow grass. Greens are quite slow but what do you expect for a RM50 weekend rate. 2nd 9 is open to public but less maintained and not so good but its much more longer than the first 9 so you need a buggy if you wanna play the 2nd 9.

Anyone know if this golf club is still open? And also the condition? Thanks 😙💨💨💨

Still open as usual coz last week played there....normal as usual, but fairway grass little bit taller due to rainy days. The green is OK, but the speed is slow like 6-7 coz they rare do the compaction using roller. 2nd nine can play, but not sure got buggy available..if not just walk as usual but better early morning coz 2nd very open n less tree, very long par 4 (most all par 4) almost 400m.

Good for practice round except for putting...just pay visitor amount and play for 1 day unlimited...n less people play, no stress for practice n play few balls.
