Rory and 'the other guy' which the media pitched to us Laughing

Yup, Simpson deserved what he puts in. Hats off to him.

It was a nail-biter till the very end. The course was either brilliantly or unfairly set up, depending on whom you asked. But for sure, it ensure no one could run away from the field at all.

TW was pretty much out of it after day 3. A bit of consolation one can say, because it would be even worse if it happened in day 4.

Westwood fought back and kept grinding at it quite well... until his ball got stuck up a tree in day 4.

McDowell gave himself a good look, but just made a tiny fraction too many mistakes.

Furyk, I was rooting for that guy, esp with his 5-hour energy, but alas, it was not in the cards.

Els made eagle in day 4 toward the end! For a moment, I thought he had a chance too.

Beau Hossler, what a splash this 17 year amateur made for the first 3 days, esp day 3. If Tiger had a score like his in day 3, well....

And to top it of, a 14 year old kid from China equaled the score of the world no. 1 player for day 1.

More thrills than a mission impossible sequel.

.. and this is why I always tell my golfing colleagues, can never make predictions in golf. Unlike football, a tournament can be anybody's. From #1 player all the way down to the Monday qualifier... everyone in the field has an equal chance to win...

Notice that the guy's headwear is unionjack. The brits have a tendency to streak during sports events. thankfully he wasn't naked!
