Sad to heard several situation for our play ground :
1). Lembah Beringin Close from 10th Jun 2012
2). Kajang Hill Close from Aug 2012.
3). New about Bukit Kemuning intention to close ( Please confirm this new ).
4). Sungai Long close for 1/2 year
5). Serendah Golf close forever soon

Seen we're losing several play ground & recently enroll fee for golf club membership also raised so much.

This game become less affortable & more jam in other course.

Alamak, looks set, too, for more expensive and increased rates for green fees at other golf courses, discount cards/vouchers (eg ags, gli, TP) aand even driving range balls.

market forces & profitability dictates products on offer

close the golf course, level it and build properties... sure untung more money compared to open golf course

demand for properties still strong. it's an appreciating asset, while golf is an ever increasing expense item Sad

if given an option to use my limited cash for a property or golf expenses, I'll choose the property

Just played a bad game over there.
Fairway a bit run down especially those divort, damaged area, rough getting tough, now still ok, but whom ask u play at rough !!!
Green side Bunker less sand & hard. Buggy is worst condition.
But green still great & fast.

You wont be complaint if know their going to close, otherwise sure f**k all the way.

See quite a lot of ppl compare with previous even at afternoon tee off.

Bye bye this course, but at changing room heard other group conversation that somebody take over the course, but not sure true or not.

Beringin is a good course especially the rates are one of the cheapest in town on the weekends,,,,, played there on a sunday morning ... by 8.30 pm there was 0 buggies.

I really hope somebody takes overs and bring some life again to beringin ... i better have 2 last games there before they close for good.

Bro. How can by '8.30pm' no more buggies? Maybe all are being refill after the whole day used. Anyway, why would you still need buggies at '8.30pm?' 555
