Played on 12th July 2012.

Greens and course conditions: - Quite good greens and fairly good speed - fairways some GUR and wild boar attacked areas but overall acceptable. Can give a 4 star rating.

Pace of play: - unfortunate to just tee off a bit late just behind a 4-ball who might have a pro in their flight and giving on-course coaching to a lady in their flight. Fortunately they let us play thought at the Par 3, 3rd and no flight in front so we were able to cruise along. Probably a 3 to 4 star.

Facilities: - we took locker and towels but ended up going back to hotel to shower. But the staffs were really friendly, helpful and quite good. Finished 2 jugs (supposed to be a tower) @ 65 and all things considered - yah give them a 4

Price:- Using affiliation I only paid 30 for the buggy (twin share) while I used the TP for Keith - paying 90 only all-in with insurance etc and 2 bottles of water and a breakfast voucher - so considering the present conditions really a good deal so can give them a 5.

Overall: - 4 star rating - must play if you heading north on the way or if around that area.

We played there last weekend,.. greens were fast, but lack the bite. Fairways acceptable, but just avoid the rough which translate as loss ball.. I can see this used to be a posh club but simply lack the required maint to up keep. Generally we felt the play & stay package was well worth it,.. Hope to come back again...

how much did you pay for the play and stay package?

Lan, it not mistaken we took package RM228 weekday for 2 person inclusive room with breakfast & round of golf,.
Got good comfy room just beside the huge pond,..

Anyone interested join up and play on wed morning (eve) will be heading north thought leave early wed am detour in play 18 before go up to AS.

Dropped by played 18 alone on Christmas eve while on way up north.
Paid 80 for buggy as got affiliation.
The course have seen better days but at least still being maintained, fairways grass still mown a bit wet but not soggy, the rough is very thick and muddy so don't stray there. Greens are still pretty good quite fast first nine slower second.
Playing from blues with the wet condition will be pretty long.
The wetlands par 3 nine hole course already closed and overgrown with lalang.

How is Clearwater nowadays? Need to confirm some feedback that I have heard.
