Love the backswing finishing...sure as a father should be very proud for your son's achievements. Can't wait to see his result before age 12 which the competitive level is much more higher.

By da way, don't want to register for Drive Chip & Putt at Augusta next year? The qualifying section only at US states only. Try google it!

looking to qualify for USKids World Championship 2016 at Pinehurst. Hope i can pull enuff resources to play in Junior Africa Challenge. Top 10 in that tournament will qualify to play in the World Championship.

They have category for 6 yo. Based on the yardage they play and his score from that yardage and the score from previous years, i think he can qualify.

Update: We didnt go to South Africa to play. but we shall try to qualify thru the USKids Golf World Championship Malaysia, but the catch is to qualify against a higher age group.

By the way, his final result for was 2nd place in the Under 8 Grand Final, and 2nd place for under 8 overall title.

I'm in the middle of a talk. kinda boring talk. and i have not updated this for quite sometime now.

So far, he has not been beaten by any malaysian of his age group since Sept 2015. Now he has won 8 times in a row in the National Junior of his category and 9 total wins.

Internationally, he got 7th (or 6th can remember) in Kids Golf World Championship Malaysia 2015, 9th in Kids Golf World Championship Malaysia 2016, and 18th in the European Championship 2016. Qualified to the World Championships twice but have not gone to America to play. In my view, altho he got 18th in Euro Championship, i think it was his best international performance. Only some inexperience playing in cold weather of 8-9 degree (and a loss putter). He even recorded below par score on his final day after we managed to figure out how to play in the cold.

Some from this forum has given great moral support and advise. I thank you much for that.
