Iron Shaft Fitting on Launch Monitor

Hello guys. My irons is probably the worst aspect of my game. I've gone through numerous iron changes, from muscle backs to cavities. I've had some success with Ping I20 but eventually settled for something stronger lofted. To be honest, I'm fed up with changing iron sets and now looking at just changing the shafts on my current gamers. And not to repeat my iron purchase mistakes, I want to choose a shaft that will actually work for me. I was thinking to have my swings checked on a launch monitor, first with my current iron and then with shafts that the fitter recommends me and compare the numbers. Does anyone know where I can get this done? Thanks guys.

MST KLGCC has a couple of brands that offer various head-shaft combos for testing. On the other hand, Alistair at level 5, Bangsar Shopping Centre is a reliable fitter.

Did mine at absolut custom golf Glenmarie. Yes they have trackman. Had mine done years ago.

If you want to hit outdoors which I feel better - can do it at jng golf Tropicana (I think flightscope) and klgcc (not sure).

In any case come with open mind. My first session was with rsh fitting shop at monterez.. The first recommendation is not to change anything but to sign up for class. The fitter however did adjust the lie angle (minor stuff). I did sign up for class as the fact showed my swing flaw and inconsistencies.

Only after few months as I get better I did another fitting and change shaft etc.

One good fitter with trackman is in glomac KJ... Can't recall.. But they've moved to another place..

I think you mean Mohd Nor, he's now in Kelana (behind Transview). He's good and patient with his fitting, and gives good advice. You can reach him at 019-2200842.

Ya bro.. Abang Nor.. He got trackman.. He gives good advice, very patient and he even goes through my whole set when I went there just to do my driver. He checked my putter too using some putter meter. It fits my stroke so nothing to adjust he just tell me need to hit up a bit on the putter swing. Nice guy.. Highly recommended.

I think I'll give Abang Nor a visit as his place is the closest to me. I'll share the outcome for anyone interested. Thanks for the advice guys.
