Be careful of heat! Golfer down in Glenmarie

Just to share a golfer was down at Glenmarie yesterday. I didn't know him personally but someone told me due to heat stroke. He played 2 x rounds I've been told.

Just a reminder to all of us to take care on the golf course. Wear a cap and make sure fully hydrated.

Prayer to the fallen guy. Take care all.

Passed away. What I've been told collapse on the 9th hole.. Gardens. Played in morning and En route for 2nd route.

Probably 40+... I don't know him personally but a guy from IT industry and my super Senior of my school.

I played last Sunday PM.. Nilai.. It was really hot. 2 huge mineral water gone... And we keep ourselves cool under the shades. Minimize walking far..

I do think that we need to keep tabs on our health and take a safe side.. Don't push your luck. Ie: yearly medical checkup.. Regular exercise..
