Any sort of outdoor activity is not healthy today and for the past couple of days. Golf among my friends are postponed till the air situation improves. We need some rain. The weather has been so hot and dry.

interesting news.

it is very hot and hazy.

did the pro prepared adequately for the heat and haze? Did he have a good breakfast? did he drink more liquids not only water but rehydrating liquids? did he carry bananas which contains potassium to prevent cramping? must be professional lah.

Yes bro, best to avoid out door activities, but must not forget to exercise. Perfect solution is beer curling inside a pub - away from haze, get to drink plenty of liquid, opportunity to exercise the arms for speed, cultivate great comradeship and have plenty of fun. Cheers Laughing

Haze is back this early morning. Hate it when we just have breakfast and then head back home. Air smells like it's burnt or on fire.

Unfortunate that this haze became a yearly event... The iIndonesians have little regard to their neighbors - I mean those businessman and plantation owners. The Indonesian president himself issued warning about the burning region's handling that he might take action himself. I can't imagine people in Riau probably more suffocated..

Also didn't help when some idiots here also still do open burning..
